Refund and Returns Policy

REFUND & EXCHANGES

Customers may request an exchange for full-price (non-discounted) items within 15 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • Original tags are attached
  • The item is in original packaging
  • The product is in original condition

Please note:

  • All products are sold “as is.”
  • Refunds are not provided unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

As Tehreems Collections operates online only and does not have a physical store, customers must contact us first before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

DAMAGED / FAULTY / WRONG ITEM

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, Tehreems Collections will cover the return shipping cost.

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
